I don't have Keratin treated hair, but I like to try different shampoos & conditioners. I like a conditioner that lathers well, I find a lot of the Coppola products do not do that. It works well after using it a few times, but I would not recommend using this conditioner everyday. After using it for consecuative days I found my hair had a greasy appearance to it.

seems to help control my hair

I have very difficult, thick, wavy, dry hair. My stylist recommended that I use a sodium chloride free shampoo and conditioner. This conditioner allows me to get a comb thru my hair since my hair is long and coarse. It seems to do a good job. Is it a miracle worker? No it isn't. What I think works for my hair is a possible combo of this and Agadir argan oil. I also do not wash my hair every day anymore which stylists have been telling me for years. It's worth trying to see if it benefits your hair in any way. If not, i'm sure it's not the first time you'll spend money looking for that perfect product. I know i've spent years in search of the holy grail of hair products. So far, these 2 things have helped me deal with my difficult hair.

I like the smell and the soft feeling it left on my hair. It is heavy and ideal for my curly hair to untangle and leave smooth. I did have to use quite a bit of the product to untangle my hair. Overall I would use the product again.
