Having just received the keratin treatment, I expected this iron to be even easier to use. I used the hottest settings, and it went through my hair very abrasively. I thought maybe it was my hair so I disconnected it, used my Chi flat iron, and I had no problems and no snags. I know now it was this iron and I am returning it. My stylist used the Babyliss and that's what turned me onto titanium irons vs. ceramic such as my Chi. But, knowing how well the Babyliss worked, I will pay the extra money and just get that one instead. This one is in the process of being returned. Not a good iron at all!

Expected more for the price

Iron snags as previous commenter mentioned. The iron tips don't close, so it's difficult to use on very small hair, mainly edges. It gets hot only at 400 degrees and above.

Great Product

I use daily for styling. I am a x-stylist and very hard to please. In the last 2 years, I have purchased and thrown away 3 flat irons that advertised the same characteristics but did not handle nor perform well. I am so happy with this produce that I am tempted to order a bunch and give them to my picky, style concious frinds.
Returned!
