Both HAI Ceramic Ionic Nylon and Boar Bristle Hair Brushes contain Tourmaline particles that are charged up when heated by the heat of a hair dryer and then subsequently cooled. These positive and negative charges work to eliminate frizz and damaged ends in the hair. The Heat activated Ionic charge creates a free flowing action of the nylon bristles through the hair by releasing the tension of the hair cuticle, eliminating the damage of tugging and pulling by regular brushes, which breaks the hair strands. This negative Ionic technology gently closes the cuticle or outside layer of the hair, sealing in moisture and natural oils locking in color, leaving hair healthier, shinier and with more manageability.
