Don't judge a book by its cover	April 3, 2011

I like the iron, but when I got it from the start, the switch did not work properly, it was to frail and the light did not had a full bright color so it was hard to see if it was on or off. Now the switch fell off, I could not believe it! I guess I just had bad luck and I got one that was damage.

i love this product! this is my 2nd one...the spring clip broke in my first one, and i replaced it immediately...no other curling iron compares. service was fantastic, i think my order only took 2 days to arrive from the time i ordered it. definately 5 stars!
