Terrible spray mechanism

This is the SECOND can I got with this product (StyleBell kindly replaced first), but same problem. You can only use once or twice and product no loger comes out of can. I used hot water and pin but still no product.

Disappoiinted in production. Have used dry shanpoos for a long time. Product used 2 times and now product won't come out of can. Cleaned head of the aerosol can but still no product coming out.
