Easy detangling:  Strategically placed ceramic-coated pins that work like a fine comb. Detangling pins feature smooth, rounded ends to protect hair's sensitive cuticle. You can completely detangle the hair to the very end at a rate of 0.3 millimeter (detangling property), like a fine comb.

Long plates:  Longer plates provide more styling room for a section of hair, allowing for wider sections to reducing styling time.

Curved edge case design:  Allows you to see exactly where the iron is on your hair relative to your scalp, to flip, wave, spike, and lift your hair more quickly and easily.

Protective styling channels:  Design of the case related to placement of pins and the protective/styling channels protect the scalp/skin from high temperatures and burn. Every outer pin on the plate is accurately lined-up with a corresponding channel, directing the hair through the ribs, allowing you to achieve flips and curves. The back and sides of the case stay cooler than on other irons.

Always set the MiniglideTM on its non-slip, rubber base.

Your hair should be clean, dry or nearly dry, and free of tangles and knots.

You don't have to squeeze tightly like ordinary irons - the ceramic plates and the detangling pins will do the work for you.  Simply glide it through your hair. You're not ironing - you're gliding.

When you get to the very end of the hair, pause for a second, then continue gliding.

Start with a section of hair about 1/2" inches thick and about 2 1/2" inches wide.

Brush each section to free it of tangles.

Go over the entire section from the roots to the ends.

Creating flips is fun and stylish.  When you get down to about the last 2 inches of the end of a hair section, start rotating your MiniglideTM in one spot.  Keep rotating until your hair "flips-out" automatically.
