FHI Heat Platform Series
FHI Ceramic RVI Series was developed to enhance the Negative ION output ...keeping your hair’s maximum moisture and conditioning while eliminating frizz.  The FHI Platform series irons utilize the latest generation of PTFC ceramic heaters, which provides a maximum temperature of 450 degrees, ultra-rapid heat up times, consistent heat across the entire surface of the plates, damp to dry styling, ultra rapid heat recovery and improved reliability. All Platform series irons allow temperature adjustments from 140 to 450 degrees, which greatly increases their versatility as a hair styling tool.

What’s so great about Ceramic?
Ceramic produces negative ions which seal the cuticle and repel humidity, leaving hair shiny. Most flat irons utilize aluminum plates with ceramic coating. The more ceramic, the more infrared heat, allowing for an even distribution of heat and temperature control.

Most flat irons lose styling power as the temperature decreases with each glide of the plates against your hair. With FHI, all flat irons come with Automatic Heat Sense Recovery System that quickly reheats the plates to your desired temperature, giving you an even distribution of heat for silky, shiny hair.

Styling tips from FHI:
1. Begin by taking a small section of hair and running a comb through it to separate the strands.
2. Place the combed section of hair between the ceramic plates starting as close to the scalp as possible. Close the iron with a light grip.
3. Pull the iron away from the scalp and let the hair glide through the plates. You should not feel the iron gripping or pulling on your hair.
4. Repeat this process throughout the rest of your hair.

**In addition to straightening your hair, your FHI styling iron can be used to create many different hair styles. You may experiment by twisting your strands to flip and curl your hair.
