This straightener is the best! I've used cheap straighteners for so long and now I will never go back. This CHI makes my hair so silky smooth and shiny...it feels so incredible compared to the way my hair felt with the cheap one. It heats up fast and has a digital read-out on the heat setting. Has an extra long cord and a heat proof case/mat that protects your counter. I recently traveled with my CHI, and put it in the case after unplugging it. It felt hot but, the case kept it from melting anything else in my luggage. Definatley worth the money, and also the shipping was super fast.
