- My Order Arrived Damaged or Incorrectly?
- We apologize for any trauma this may have caused. If your package arrives damaged, includes an incorrect item, has missing parts, or is missing items please contact our Customer Service Department. Please do not destroy the box or packaging materials or throw away any broken parts, just hold on to them until you speak to us.
- Can I Change or Cancel an Order?
- Go to your My Account page where you can view recent orders. Then click on the order you would like to change. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
- Has My Order Shipped?
- Check the status of your shipment by simply logging on to your My Account page. This will provide you with details of your order and tracking information on your shipment. As always, you can contact our Customer Service Department. If your order was not processed due to an out of stock item or a backordered product, you will be notified via email when the item will be ready for shipment. You may refer to each individual item page for more information on the availability of each product. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
- When Will My Backorder Arrive?
- It usually takes two weeks for us to get backordered items back in stock. As soon as the shipment of new stock arrives, we will ship your item out to you. You will receive an email confirmation when your backordered item has been shipped. We are unable to provide exact arrival dates for specific items, but most items do arrive back in stock within the two week time frame.
- Do You Ship Internationally?
- Yes, we ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Australia. All Canadian Orders ship via UPS for a flat rate of $25 USD. Orders to United Kingdom, Mexico, and Australia ship via UPS for a flat rate $119.95 USD. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. There is no weekend delivery, Second Day Express or Next Day Express on orders shipped Internationally. All customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the shipment cost.
- Do You Offer Expedited Shipping Methods?
- Yes we offer both Next Day Express Shipping and 2 Day Express Shipping within the United States. Please see our Shipping Rates for more information.
- Do You Offer Expedited Shipping Methods?
- Yes we ship to PO Boxes but are only able to ship via Standard Shipping. We are unable to ship 2 Day Express Shipping or Next Day Express Shipping to P.O. Boxes.
- Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
- Yes, we ship to APO or FPO addresses via the United States Postal Service. We unfortunately cannot confirm the delivery time on APO and FPO shipments. It normally takes between 5 - 7 business days.
- When Will My Order Ship?
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 2PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday (or on a Holiday) will be processed on the following business day. Our transportation partners do not pick up packages on the weekend. If you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday.
Business Days Include: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

At StyleBell we want you to be 100% satisfied, and will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original packaging within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please note that StyleBell is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: We do no accept the return of any and all USED liquid, foundation, cream, aerosol or gel hair care products. This includes keratin treatments, shampoo, conditioners, hair concealers and hair loss fibers. We also do not accept USED hair brushes, combs, tweezers, scissors, and shears due to sanitary concerns.
- How Do I Return or Exchange an Order?
- At StyleBell we want you to be 100% satisfied, and will gladly take back any merchandise within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please note that StyleBell is not responsible for return shipping costs. We’ve tried to take the worry out of returning an item by listing our return instructions clearly below. - How Can I Check the Status of My Return?
- Returns normally take approximately 3 to 5 business days to process once received by our warehouse. Once processed you will receive an email from our Returns Department that the return was received and processed. You can also check the status of a return anytime by accessing your My Account.
- I Don't Have a Return Form?
Lose your return form? Not a problem. You can still return your merchandise within 30 days of receipt of purchase. In your return shipment, please remember to include a copy of your email invoice and the following information so we can quickly process your return. All of the information below would be super helpful to us, so please try your best to include:
