Did you get my return? How can I check the status?
 
You may check the status of a return anytime by accessing your StyleBell account on the top right hand corner of our site by clicking on the "My Account / Order Status" link, or by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-888-322-9959 or via email at CS@StyleBell.com.

We try to expedite all returns as we receive them. Please allow two weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and two to three business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

 

How do I exchange something?
 

At StyleBell we always want you to be 100% satisfied.  If you would like to exchange your product simply fill out the return form that came with the package and include the details of the Item you would like to exchange to.  As long as the product is in stock we will replace it for you immediately.  StyleBell is not responsible for shipping charges to you and will charge standard shipping charges that apply.  If the total of your exchange is more than the refund amount please include your phone number so that we may contact you to obtain payment information and authorization.

We would be happy to honor any sale or promotional price that may have expired during this time.

How do I return something without my packing slip?
 
Lose your packing slip? Not a problem. You can still return your merchandise within 30 days of receipt of purchase.  In your return shipment, please remember to include the following information so we can quickly process your return. All of the information below would be super helpful to us, so please try your best to include: 
 
Your Name, Address, Daytime Telephone Number (we’ll only call if we have questions)
Your Order Number
The Item Name, the Quantity, and the Dollar Amount
 
You can refer to the "My Account / Order Status" page to access any of the order information necessary to complete this form. 
If you don’t have an account, feel free to contact the StyleBell Customer Service Department at 1-888-322-9959 (from 9-6 EST Monday through Friday) to obtain the information necessary to fill out this return form. Once you have the form filled out, please follow our return instructions, to finish the return process. Please note that StyleBell is not responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I return something?

Make a purchase from November 12, 2012 until Dec 24th, 2012 and return up until January 31st, 2013!  For those valued customers who are placing holiday orders, StyleBell has got you covered.  Buy any product now and you will be able to return your purchase up until Jan 31st, 2013 hassle free!  This is valid on all purchase made from Nov 12th, 2012 through Dec 24th, 2012.

At StyleBell we want you to be 100% satisfied, and will gladly take back any merchandise within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please note that StyleBell is not responsible for return shipping costs. We’ve tried to take the worry out of returning an item by listing our return instructions clearly below.  We believe returns should never be a hassle.  
 
Return Procedure 
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring your return shipment. Remember to save your receipt until you receive your refund from us. Please note that StyleBell is unable to issue a credit or refund for any items damaged or lost on their way back to us, so take special care in packing your item.
 
1 - Re-pack the item in the original manufacture’s packaging and place in shipment box. Please be sure to include all items, pieces, and parts.
2 - Fill out the return form that was included in your package with all of your return information provided and enclose it with the item so we can expedite the reimbursement to your original payment method.
3 - Send it back to StyleBell via your preferred carrier. Please note you are responsible for the return shipping charges. The address is:

What is your Cancellation Policy?
 
Before you finalize your order, carefully review the contents, quantities, and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been submitted, it will begin processing almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is before you hit the submit button. Once you hit submit, your order cannot be changed online. If you need to make a revision after you submit an order, you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-322-9959.
If it is too late to revise your order, and your order is in the shipping process you may refuse the delivery when your package arrives. Refused packages are sent directly back to StyleBell.
