How do I place an order?
You can order online at anytime, 24/7, or by calling our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-888-322-9959, Monday through Friday between 9AM and 3PM EST.
To Order Online
Add an item to your shopping cart:
When you find a product you’d like to buy, make sure to enter in the appropriate quantity, size, and color (if applicable) and then click the “add to cart” button.  You can then continue browsing the site and adding more items to your cart as you find products you like. 

The checkout process:
When you are ready to complete your order, go to the Shopping Cart page and click the “checkout” button. This will start your checkout process, and is where you can enter your shipping and billing information. 

Order review:
After you have started the checkout process you will be led to an order review page. This is a snapshot summary of your entire order including your billing and delivery address, and your method of payment. You are able to make changes to your order during this final review process.  Once you have reviewed that all of your order information is correct, click the “Submit” button to complete your purchase.

Is my saved payment information safe?
All transactions at StyleBell are protected by a Secure Online Server. Your name, address, and credit card information is safe and secure and cannot be read by anyone else. Once your order has been processed, your credit card information is deleted.  Safety is our #1 priority and we do everything we can to ensure your shopping experience is safe and secure at all times.

What is a fraud protection program?
  At StyleBell, fraud protection is serious business. All payment forms are subject to review and verification by StyleBell. StyleBell reserves the right to refuse processing of any transaction, sale, or shipment due to suspected fraud or unauthorized illegal activity.
What is address verification?
  StyleBell uses Address Verification when processing Credit Cards so please make sure you are using the exact billing address your bank has for you on file. StyleBell cannot process any orders to addresses that we cannot confirm. If we are unable to confirm your billing address, we will contact you to provide us with the correct information prior to shipping your order out. Your order will be placed on hold until we receive confirmation.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed from Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Friday (or on a Holiday) will be processed the following business day. After placing your order, you will receive two emails from us. One confirming your order has been placed, and a second containing your shipping and tracking information after your item has left our warehouse. If you do not receive either of them, it is probably likely that our Stylebell emails cannot get past your spam filters. You may also check the status of an order in the ‘my account’ section of our website. If you have an account, simply click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to access your StyleBell account and get the details of your order.
Do I have to pay sales tax?

StyleBell is registered to charge sales tax on orders delivered to New Jersey and Pennsylvania. All items shipped to New Jersey and Pennsylvania are required to pay the (law enforced) amount of sales tax of 7% and 6% respectively. Please note, that sales tax collected is remitted by StyleBell to the NJ state tax authority and PA state tax authority as required by law. StyleBell does not retain these monies.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Please allow two weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and two to three business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
