My product arrived damaged.
 
We apologize for any trauma this may have caused. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately by calling 1-888-322-9959 or via email at CS@StyleBell.comPlease do not destroy the box or packaging materials or throw away the broken items, just hold on to them until you speak to us.
This isn't the product I ordered.

Has my order shipped?
 
If you would like to check on your shipment, simply log in to your account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to access your StyleBell account and get the details of your order and tracking information on your shipment.
If you are waiting for a shipment, there is also a small chance that we were not able to fully process your order due to insufficient billing or shipping information or a typo in entering your credit card information, or expiration date. To access your account now click "My Account / Order Status".

If your order was not processed due to an out of stock item or a backordered product, you will be notified via email when the item will be ready for shipment. You may refer to each individual item page for more information on the availability of each product.
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
How do I change/cancel an item?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
 

You can easily find the tracking information for a shipment with your StyleBell account. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to access your account and track your order.

You must have a StyleBell account to track an order online. If you do not have a StyleBell account, you can easily track your order by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-888-322-9959 or by emailing CS@StyleBell.com.

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance at CS@StyleBell.com or by calling 1-888-322-9959.

When will my backorder arrive?
 
It usually takes two weeks for us to get backordered items back in stock. As soon as the shipment of new stock arrives, we will ship your item out to you. You will receive an email confirmation when your backordered item has been shipped. We are unable to provide exact arrival dates for specific items, but most items do arrive back in stock within our two week time frame.
