How do I return an item?
Extended Holiday Return Policy!
For those valued customers who are placing holiday orders, StyleBell’s has got you covered. Buy any product now and you will be able to return your purchase up until Jan 31st, 2009 hassle free! This is valid on all purchases made from Nov 10th, 2009 through Dec 24th, 2009.
Return and Exchange Policy
At StyleBell we want you to be 100% satisfied, and will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original packaging within 30 days of receipt of purchase. For defective items please contact our Customer Service department toll free Monday - Friday (9AM to 3PM EST) by calling 1-888-322-9959, or send an email to CS@stylebell.com. Please note that StyleBell is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: We do no accept the return of hair brushes, combs, liquid hair care, and hair loss fibers as this is a sanitary concern.
Return Procedures We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring your return shipment. Remember to save your receipt until you receive your refund from us. Please note that StyleBell is unable to issue a credit or refund for any items damaged or lost on their way back to us, so take special care in packing your item. 1. Re-pack the item in the original manufacture’s packaging and place in shipment box. Please be sure to include all items, pieces, and parts. If you wish to keep a promotional item or free gift included with your original purchase we will simply deduct the cost of that item when processing your refund.
2. Fill out the return form that was included in your package with all of your return information provided and enclose it with the item so we can expedite the reimbursement to your original payment method.
3. Send it back to StyleBell via your preferred carrier. Please note you are responsible for the return shipping charges. The address is: StyleBell Returns

Cancellation Policy
Before you finalize your order, carefully review the contents, quantities, and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been submitted, it will begin processing almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is before you hit the submit button. Once you hit submit, your order cannot be changed online. If you need to make a revision after you submit an order, you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-322-9959.
If it is too late to revise your order, and your order is in the shipping process you may refuse the delivery when your package arrives. Refused packages are sent directly back to StyleBell.
